one of the most important missions you can have as an uma watcher/player is making sure that not a single young fan is lured into actual horse race betting because I can assure you plenty definitely have been tempted
i love uma musume but it is admittedly a little bit funny that swathes of people who did not touch gacha for completely justified and understandable reasons & ethical issues mainstreamed the gacha game that is also directly tied to horse race betting. i like nice nature and manhattan café

FYI their "copyright registration" is almost certainly bogus (it is not a real copyright registration). When they come for you, you should ask them to provide evidence of their US copyright and you will probably never hear from them again
