Excellent, glad to hear you found it and got to experience how gloriously mad it is. It's one of those films that whilst it's got its cult status, it also seems to have drifted into obscurity a little, which is a shame

a short story about blood

When I pulled my cardigan on, I thought I'd caught a wet wipe in my sleeve but it was blood pouring out my arm.

The doctor was terribly embarrassed, but made a little joke about throwing in a free shower as she cleaned me up.

I find medical staff are far more flustered about this happening than I am.

Once someone took my blood into one vial and used a syringe to separate it out into three, but the needle snapped and splattered my blood across me, him and the entire cubicle. He looked horrified and said “I've been doing this for 25 years and that's never happened to me before."

I couldn't help but reply “I bet you say that to all the girls" and I thought for a second he might cry.

#DnD Advice: Pay attention to what your players engage with the most in a game, and try to expand upon those elements.

If my players are to be believed, tabletop RPGs are an experiment to find the most paranoid way possible to open a closed door at the end of a hallway.

20/Dec, I'll run The Secret of Castronegro from Call of Cthulhu 3rd ed & I'm running it with 3rd ed rules. None of this saving up 30 Luck points to miraculously cheat death malarkey 😁.

Anyone going closer to Christmas Day, for their final RPG before in-laws, etc descend?

Call of Cthulhu in big yellow, occult letters. A colour drawing of an old castle, investigators ascending the steps as a tentacle slithers up behind them. The stars don't look right.
