I know he’s spoken about having “experiences” with men and women before, so technically his answer wasn’t incorrect it just felt a little awkward.

An absence of queerness is one concern I’m hoping to have alleviated with Starfleet Academy, because it’s become a elephant in the room with SNW and I don’t want to see it become a trend going forward.
(I know that’s probably a pipe dream at this point given everything going on with Paramount.)

weird star trek thought: people often lambast the TNG movies for making Picard an action hero but...like...the show did that a lot too, remember when he did both Die Hard and an Indiana Jones movie and that time he was part of a bunch of backstabbing space pirates?

I am running out of patience for progressives who still are on the ‘let’s change Labour from the inside!’ wagon because it’s clear that Labour are not even trying to appear to be a left-wing party.

I remember saying this same thing during Discovery S1 because the same thing happened to DS9 by TNG fans.
Obviously OP doesn’t mean all Star Trek fans, but there is a repeating pattern of this over and over again.

The reaction to that Starfleet Academy poster is adding more to my theory that Star Trek fans only really like one Star Trek show and they wish every other Star Trek show was like that one show.
