English is now the official language of the United States.

Which means, you can longer pronounce a "z" as "zee". In English, it's "zed".

Also, have to use "u" correctly. For example, instead of "color", it's "colour". And no more "er" at the end of words, it's "centre". Don't make post a defence!

There's nothing in Constitutional that explicitly states this can't happen, but the Constitution doesn't authorize it either. Another thing Constitution doesn't authorize is presidential immunity, but here we are.

If presidential immunity can be law, so can a presidential probationary period.

A civil service employee should never have to justify their job, which was created by Congress, to a citizen who isn't part of the government.

I was once given a mission where the chances of capture or death far outweighed exfiltration. Despite "orders", there's an emphasis on voluntarism in SOF culture and I volunteered. Before stepping off, I asked for a private moment of reflection with the US Constitution. Denied. Still pisses me off.

Lord knows I’m not a constitutional scholar not even a lawyer (and I’ve yet to check in with @kateshaw.bsky.social) but a legal regime in which “you can do crimes if you’re buddies with the president or praise him publicly” is *on its face* a violation the equal protection of the laws.
