Not sure. I assume she has something in Virginia in order to be an attorney there. At minimum reciprocity. All I saw is she was a member of the Florida bar.

They already have the highest tax. Because a billionaire can easily buy or rent a home in another state, change their residency, and then the tax revenue to California becomes $0.
