HSE told me í was messing my bed (I am disabled and have no control of my bowel or bladder).I received a letter today to inform me I am no longer eligible for rubber sheet allowance for bedclothes - jack chambers the minister was given 1700 a month allowance for "miscellaneous unvouched expenses"
