She’s right. It is normal for the US to impose crippling sanctions on other countries that are not subservient to the US. The US has always taken this approach.

The Steam Machine will only start competing with the likes of Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo is if Valve makes it available worldwide across various retailers and not just in a few countries like it did with with it's previous hardware, the Steam Deck.

Between Millennium ending as a bad homage to Night of the Living Dead, The Lone Gunmen randomly dying in a hall or The X-Files underwhelming ending that lacked answers and closure. It's difficult for me to decide which series in the franchise had the worse ending of them all.
Millennium ending in an X-File Night of the Living Dead rip-off was certainly a choice.
