I just got hit with an AI book marketing scam email. And this tells you how this supposed person with vast experience in marketing (AI y'all!) fails. All they had to do was actually look at the Amazon listing and take a look. Instead they scraped the description and added a few superlatives.

Some people are very good at writing sex and some people are good at believing that they are good at writing sex, the first is a tremendously impressive skill and the second is what makes for deeply uncomfortable author presentations at science fiction conventions
There's nothing wrong with literary porn, but some of the crap those guys wrote was "Have you actuallly ever HAD sex?"

I choose where the city puts fire hydrants? And if I choose to be near a fire hydrant and the city moves it down the street, it's somehow my fault? Yeah, right.

I was a sole proprietor (now retired). There was no way I could afford health insurance on my own. The Republicans used to crow that small business was the backbone of the economy. It no longer is.
Trump: "I want the money to go into an account for people where they buy their own health insurance. It's so good. The insurance will be better. It'll cost less. Everybody is gonna be happy. They're gonna feel like entrepreneurs. They're actually able to go out & negotiate their own insurance"
