All major genAI companies have documented instances, yes. They also have documented instances of reacting to it and adjusting the guardrails.
X actively avoided adjusting the guardrails, put it behind subscriptions so they could profit off it. Made CSAM generation a selling point of subscribing.

It should be a no-brainer. I’m amazed all governments aren’t just jumping on this telling Apple & Google to remove until the guardrails are fixed.

I’ll never understand how he wasn’t prosecuted federallyi. It just makes all other accusations of threat by any federal agency meaningless.
