It amazes me that terms and conditions are actually held legally liable. Because -nobody- reads them or changes anything they do based on it. “Click here to accept our terms” should be held as liable as your boomer uncle’s declarative FB post.
Additionally, OpenAI argues its not liable because Raine, by using ChatGPT for self-harm, broke its terms of service

My unpopular opinion is that we don't really know any more about foreign accounts manipulating U.S. politics on Twitter than we did before this update. There's no way of knowing who specifically used a VPN and who didn't. It's obvious that this is a problem but we don't have better data on it now.

Those who don't know by now don't care and won't ever care. Places don't need to keep explaining what X is.
I also don't get people who keep calling it Twitter. I thought the rename was a nice delinneation between what it used to be and now is.
