🍽️ Was inspired by some1 on the What's Cooking feed who made a Thai yellow curry soup. We made it as a normal curry and used 🍄🍄, sundried 🍅🍅🌱, 🧅, 🥔, smoked 🐔👩🏻‍🌾, Thai basil 🌱, homemade broth 👩🏻‍🌾, 🥥🥛,🧄, 🫚, 🐠 sauce, 🍋‍🟩 juice, 🟤 sugar, and curry paste. 1 chopped red capsicum
3 tbsp roasted peanuts

Dressing
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp tamari
