Ornella Vanoni died today. She was a really great Italian pop singer with ties to jazz. It was her, Mina, and Milva, who were the best singers in a very culturally rich time.
This song is it typical but it’s one of my favorites and a perfect pop tune.

Leftovers for breakfast. Pardina lentils, some rotisserie chicken, roasted broccolini, broth made from the chicken bones. All leftovers and I’ll reheat it quickly for a delicious breakfast soup.

I'm oddly moved and surprised. Apparently we hit a major milestone in e-commerce.
We were on something called Miva Merchant for years before Shopify but Shopify really gave us the tools to take control.

The crew from Napa's AG 4 YOUTH preps their garden for next spring's bean trials. They'll take some of our more interesting finds and see if they can produce viable seed for production in the future. We'll have more info and updates in our newsletter.
