That system is simply EDUCATION. The Constitution has everything we need. It has been OVERWHELMED by stupidity and partisanship. No document could do much better, frankly. The framers had to assume we would have some level of decency, beyond which nothing works anyway.

Trump tried and failed to buy an NFL team on multiple occasions. He also passed on the opportunity to buy the Dallas Cowboys 40 years ago, and the team is now worth 200x the price he could have had it for.
