I'm disappointed in the Girl Guides and the WI for caving to this, but I'm *furious* with the transphobes and the supreme court and the EHRC and the government for causing this situation, when even trans inclusive institutions are throwing people out.

Note to self - *NEVER* book an emergency plumber unless there really is no other option. The call-out fee was reasonable(ish), but then they wanted to charge approx double the cost of a whole new loo to fix it. I declined their offer. Loo now fixed but not by that company!

Sign of getting old - successfully dismantled loo to replace broken flush valve, but after reassembling, inlet valve now leaks - in my younger days could have dealt with this, but after several attempts to fix, have given up & called emergency plumber :-(

As it's gone midnight, now Sunday, I suspect the parcel that was supposed to be delivered by Evri by 9pm on Saturday evening isn't going to arrive. What's annoying is that it was part of an Amazon order - Amazon delivered their bit when they said they would & why are Amazon using Evri anyway?
