Be kind to your knees, take care of your teeth.

If you can afford it, start pension saving. And if you're able to, exercise to build up and maintain a basic physical fitness.

You might change career path a few times, by choice or necessity. It'll work out.

Find hobbies you enjoy doing.

For me, it's a matter of whether the number of works reaches my attention attrition threshold. I went to Rijksmuseum a couple of years ago and took in a lot of great paintings and looked at details etc and really enjoyed it until my brain said "Full!" and then I walked through the rest in a daze.

The other day one of them corrected Pope Leo on a matter of Christian doctrine, with the words "what you fail to realize, Mister Pope..."

I don't think they consider any Catholics to know anything at all about Christianity.

AIUI, (but IANAL) the pirated haul Anthropic admitted to using was compiled in 2021, whereas The Atlantic used the latest one which has a lot of additions.

Plus, only works registered with the US Copyright Office have legal protection in the US.
