The ICE killings in Minneapolis evoke Selma but the day-to-day tactics in Minneapolis remind me of the Birmingham Bus Boycott: a grinding, continuous, citywide and logistically demanding effort of non-cooperation over months to break an unjust status quo.

I've been struggling to find my angle in my rural development/mental health thesis. But I just heard @patrickwyman.bsky.social discuss James C Scott and the subsistence ethos and I literally yelled HEURIKA. Because the drachma dropped and I realised I should be looking at *absence* of an activity.

I would say this findings shows women are more AI literate than men, because the majority of non-magical beings have no innate ability to "judge truthfulness"
