Crazy to think that adjusting for inflation the 2008 bank bailout was about 30% more than all of the COVID stimulus checks combined.

But inflation was low after the bank bailout... but not after the COVID checks.

The capitalist class got it all in the end either way.

It's literally uncountable how many blatantly unconstitutional things have happened in this administration already, and it's so clear that there will be absolutely no pushback from either Congress or the SCOTUS about any of it.

Mother reported him missing a week ago—turns out ICE had him detained the whole time.

It doesn't matter if the lies are believable. It's better for Trump when they're not. The point is to define and constantly test group membership by seeing who loudly demonstrates their willingness to believe unbelievable things. Questioning obvious lies and contradictions reveals their enemies.

PS In the first moments that I start imagining an apple, it lacks a lot of detail. It's a very basic icon that my imagination "views" as being the same size apples usually appear in my field of vision. But all of this rapidly changes as I notice details that could be added, consider other views

I'm not anywhere. When I imagine things, my point of view shifts to be on whatever detail I'm focused on at the moment. My field of view is just a disembodied camera that flicks around. The apple is in a void so there's only scale if I want. I can be so close it's like a planet or a distant speck.

The problem (that everyone knows but pretends isn't a problem) is that "antifa" isn't an organization at all. That's like designating "people who like pizza" as a terrorist organization and then trying to say restaurants that serve pizza are terrorist sympathizers.

it's my name.

my parents chose my first name when i was a baby because my mom thought "nebuchadnezzar" was a little over the top.

my last name is from my great grandparents emigration to america. the inspector didn't understand their last name so he assigned them "green" because it sounded similar
