It is staggering how awful this attack on Venezuela is to me. Violence, interfering directly with another country, fuels anti-immigration bigotry, fails to follow government procedures and legislature's role in war, and it all seems to be about fossil fuels and money.

I've been working on overcoming my sweet tooth this year. I used to have desserts way too often and now I'm getting better control over the impulses. I've caved in multiple times this week and regretted every single one. The system is working. Fewer, higher quality desserts feels like a better place

I do recognize that it's unhinged to skip to the last episode of an anime I'm only kinda curious about but I'm still going to do that again in the future.
It's so freeing to realize I don't have to watch every episode of a tv show. Heck, I don't have to watch every part of a show.
I decided to check out the new Frazier show. I skipped around to episodes that sounded interesting and skipped through plotlines I didn't care about
