A word about Conan O’Brien, who I’m lucky enough to know a little bit.

He is extremely funny and has drawn people to him his whole life by his talent.

But he is also amazingly kind, generous and collaborative. He gave dozens of people a start or a second chance.

Meanwhile the United States is sitting this one out along with Russia and Iran. Make it make sense.

Cutting back on diversity and DEI?

History shows you’re cutting back on profits.

A McKinsey study shows more diverse firms average 19% more revenue than peers.

For Apple, that’s a loss of $18 billion in one month.

For Microsoft, a loss of $12 billion.

Is that what we want?

Dylan has never made any pretense about who he is - that’s why I believe the movie is spot on with a lot of creative license. He was a poet & a romantic who could never commit himself/his soul to anyone. It’s a contradiction but that’s who he is. His passion is & always has been music.
I saw the Bob Dylan biopic. We're supposed to understand that he's a genius by all the shots of other characters gazing at him with awe and envy. But the film (its title notwithstanding) makes no effort to paint him as anything but a jerk. The music scenes were great, though
