They could push for rules requiring government accounts only operate on platforms that meet higher standards around moderation, security and transparency

There is an ECR component to this program called "Impact+ Emerging Leaders", but they are intended to be add-ons to an institution's Chair nominations. I expect I'll hear more this further along in the Chair nomination process. I agree it would be nice to have ECR funding as a standalone program tho
