This article is spot on about the UK's descent into anti-trans hysteria. In 8 years, they went from the conservatives trying to make it easier for trans folks to self attest gender to a liberal government implementing a bathroom ban by fiat.

Oslo University Hospital caught using trans patients' journals for research purposes:
- Without the patients' consent to participate in research
- Affecting minors
- 1700 of them
- Taking highly sensitive information from said journals

remembering an interaction I had with someone on Instagram, a teacher making a video about one of her students whose father "unalived" himself. I called her out for not calling it suicide, and her response to me was "oh honey, you don't understand the algorithm", which to me meant 1/2
