It was a tree at one point. I don’t think it needs a cage though. At least that’s what it’s giving.
Now that’s a creative way to protect the tree and still be able to utilize the space for sharing community resources. #fremont #seattle #trees

I am currently getting multiple reports that Google, in an attempt to remove pronouns in the US government email accounts, just removed pronouns for every private workplace account in the world.

If you use Google workspaces, go check on that and confirm for me.

Overcompliance leads to stupidity.
My god this is a safety hazard.
My bday is coming up and I need some good reads.
“In planning cities of the future, we’re at a crossroads. We can no longer imprint primarily sprawling, car-dependent settlement patterns on the landscape.

We need a clear, multijurisdictional approach to develop communities that are walkable, liveable, inclusive, safe, affordable and sustainable.”
Putting a cone out that’s barely legible to read isn’t going to stop people from falling during our rainy season here in Seattle. IT RAINS IN SEATTLE 🤯🤯🤯
The RedApple cashier in Beacon Hill told me she almost slipped a few times and she’s walking with a cane + has a really bad knee.
I wonder how many have slipped and fallen on this transit station platform. It rains 🌧️ in Seattle. It’s a thing, so why did we go with this tile design again? #mtbakerstation #transit #seattle #design

What does it say about the state of transit in the United States when Disney World operates the 10th largest transit agency in the country—and the largest in a state of 23 million people with a GDP equivalent to Australia?

Montreal will continue the largest pedestrian street program in North America, committing $12mil to 9 pedestrian streets over 3-years.

“These projects are not only good for the economy, they also contribute directly to the quality of life of the population.” @valplante.bsky.social

Never heard of Tove before. I’m currently reading “Fight Right” by the #Gottmans who are based out of Seattle!
