I just found out we have Waymo cars in London, but they still have to have a driver sit in the driver's seat. This is very reassuring. I was worried I would if I used the Johnny Cab i'd miss out on the casual racism, but now I get the worst of both worlds!

More games should have a cowardly baby mode. More games should let me suffer less consequences for dying or mistakes. Should have a "I just want the story" mode. Games should not pride themselves on "look how difficult we are".

People say “move on” like the harm ended in childhood. It didn’t. This post documents abuse, neglect, and institutional failure on Canadian Forces bases—and why survivors live with the consequences every day.
Forget about it and simply move on.
People tell me to move on as if this story ended decades ago. It didn’t. It is still active, still administrative, still written into records that continue to shape my life. And that sounds great and magic and all, but that's not how it works. What happened in 1980 didn’t stay in 1980. It malingered from 1980 until it was revived in 2011, reinforced in 2018, and made permanent.
