sean mcdermott just had easily his best season ever. won 12 games with a miserable roster, made it happen on defense with 3rd stringers 32 year olds and scraps. of anybody in the building he is the one who least deserved to lose his job. this is breathtaking stuff

There still wouldn't be enough to overturn that call - per the rulebook, it was clearly an INT.

And then you remember the Bills actually hired him BEFORE Beane. There is nothing that says they can't can the GM and keep the coach (though, we all know there's no chance of that happening).

Breaking: Buffalo Mayor Sean Ryan said Friday he plans to sign an executive order "soon" that would ban city cops and other employees from calling federal immigration agents like ICE on migrants.
Migrants, he said, should feel safe using city services.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again until my throat is raw: "Abolish ICE" is now the compromise position. This MUST end with the present-day equivalent of the Nuremberg Trials - and, if we're historically honest, go even further than those did.
Kind of wild there has been almost no coverage of the fact that the federal government unleashed chemical weapons against literal kids *at school*.

It's long past time for the rich to pay their fair share. We are fighting for universal programs, but if they are not funded properly, they will fail.
