Sir Wilfrid Laurier was one of Canada's most influential prime ministers.
His 15 years as Prime Minister is the longest unbroken stretch in Canadian history. He also spent nearly 45 years in the House of Commons as a Member of Parliament.
This is his story.

An excellent move for Canada.
Canada is now the first non-European country to be granted a membership in SAFE. This is a gamechanger program that means Canada can rearm our Canadian Armed Forces members more effectively and scale up our defence industries with more contracts overseas.

Today is the anniversary of when the Canadian flag flew for the first time at Parliament Hill in 1965.
From September to October 1964, the Special Flag Committee reviewed 3,541 flag entries from Canadians.
Here are just a few of the rejected designs.

This is really complicated. The situation in the US drives the global vaccine market and the fact that currently HHS is run by anti-vaxxers means everything is very uncertain.

But I agree, Moderna Canada may have an opportunity to step up. We need to figure out how to make it happen.
I think Canada should review the vaccine and take up the slack. We have a brand new Moderna factory just outside of Montreal that can make 100 million doses annually, far beyond what our population needs
