A big thank you to @deshocks.bsky.social for having me as a guest on her podcast. It was very enjoyable as we talked about #DigitalSovereignty & #CyberResilience in light of Trump’s tantrums and tariff threats, our dependency on non-EU technology & how to protect your online assets
Today’s podcast looks at our reliance on US tech.
We’ve seen the impact of sanctions on UN Rapporteur Francesca Albanese & ICC judges - they’ve been unable to use emails, bank accounts, credit cards etc. What happens if Trump’s tantrums turn on ordinary people?

Its a sad state of affairs that when I read, yet another, headline referring to a scandal involving President Trump and the current US regime I often don't have the will power to read the story because it usually already confirms that we know they are corrupt and nothing will be done about it.

Dear Adobe, I don't care if you're installing updates, you don't need to have a pop-up message interrupting me to tell me. Nor do I need a pop-up every minute or so to remind me.

You' re a billion dollar company not a needy teenager looking for affirmation and attention every five minutes
