The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing millions of people that what they really wanted to do was argue with complete strangers on the internet 24/7.
Think for a moment about how many things we now consider hobbies are connected to older forms of production people once needed just to live: gardening, fabric arts, woodworking, music and written creation. The list is massive.

There’s a reason we hold onto these things. It’s part of our humanity.
I'm old.

If you're not, listen to this.

Get a guitar or some drums, or a trumpet. Pick up a brush, a pencil, some clay or a welder.

Just make shit. It doesn't have to be good (eventually it will be) just make music, art or write or whatever.

It's literally never been more important.

Anyway, if you're saying it's fine to steal from people because you don't want to pay them, that's not Marxism or Communism. That's just capitalism.

Raising the minimum wage is good, but not good enough.

Workers should’t have to constantly fall behind until politicians can be made to do their job.

It is time to do what Michigan, Maine, Ohio, Florida and 16 other states have already done and take the politicians out of it. #IndexTheMinimumWage

Excuse me? I need those cables for when I finally decide to reorganize the files on my former backup hard drives.
Twitter accounts are based in Russia. BlueSky accounts are based in homes with, frankly, too many books, plants, obsolete cables, and pieces of rustic pottery, that could do with a bit of a tidying up, to be honest.

Do I want to grade papers this morning instead of read whatever it is y’all are talking about? Of course not.

Would it be better for my mental health if I did? Oh no doubt.

Elected Dems really need to accept that there are options beyond us and them. I think it’s fine that MTG is pissed at Trump. That doesn’t mean she’s on the same side I am.
