I’m not excited about the Target opening in Journal Square or anything, but I will say this: that shithole Duane Reade is gonna close like the day after Target opens.

Little Cat got overstimulated in my lap and grabbed my elbow in her grubby little paws and bit into my elbow like it was apple. I can't stand her.

A band I like announced yesterday that they’re opening for M*rilyn M*anson on his upcoming tour. We need to bring back shitting on bands for selling out.

Nick, if you’re going to continue singing the f-slur because you don’t want to “censor yourself,” then you need to stop cutting out the “if you stick your arm into that hole, it comes out shit up to the bone” verse.

I've seen a lot of takes on this where people are taking him at face value, but it should be clear to all of us that he's lying. He's not using ChatGPT to raise his kid; he's trying to sell *you* on the idea that it's possible to use ChatGPT to raise *your* kid.
Jimmy Fallon: "And do you use ChatGPT when raising your baby?"

Sam Altman: "I cannot imagine figuring out how to raise a newborn without ChatGPT."

We invented the problem of suburbs, people drive everywhere, constantly. They became miserable, so now we invent the solution, your car will drive everywhere. OR another solution - stick with me here - no amazing new technology needed: travel by trains and buses, walk, shop, meet people, be free.
I hope you like gridlock!

"[Rivian CEO] Scaringe said he was 'very bullish' on his cars being self-driving in the next couple of years, such that 'you can own a car, but it can drop you at the airport, it can pick your kids up from school, it can go get things from the store for you.'"
Rivian's CEO said self-driving cars shouldn't just be able to drive, but also run errands for you like a secretary
CEO RJ Scaringe said he wants his AI-powered cars to be able to coordinate their own servicing, so their owners don't have to.

I feel like people still don’t get it. You’re supposed to BUY the music you actually care about. Apple Music, Spotify, etc are for when the dentist is playing Name by The Goo Goo Dolls and you get obsessed with it for a couple weeks but then it fades.

I saw a post earlier clowning on people who say IT 1990 is scarier than new IT (no pun intended). That’a just such a ridiculous dunk to try to take. OF FUCKING COURSE IT 1990 IS SCARIER. Theres no contest. It’s absurd to even debate it.
