The White House posted a digitally altered image of a woman who was arrested on Thursday in a case touted by the US attorney general, Pam Bondi, to make it seem as if she was dramatically crying, a Guardian analysis of the image has found.

The truth … not enough hospital beds is the cause of A&E delays … political failure & NHS leaders complicit with them

Jan 23 Rishi Sunak promised 5000 more PERMANENT hospital beds.
NHSE leaders in Dec 23 said that there were added.
There are 400 fewer beds now than when he made that announcement!

The NHS 10yr plan has three shifts: hospital to community; analogue to digital; sickness to prevention. The only way to do the last one in ten years is to stop people being diagnosed with the conditions they actually have…
