I don't wear all black, a tactical vest, and a ski mask when I'm walking into a bank or a school. I don't want to deal with the consequences or risk of making that decision. I could do it, but I don't.

Some people arent' thinking about risk/reward.

Eric, I go to a concert and call every black person a racial slur, I am free to do so. I am also not able to claim FREE SPEECH when they beat my ass. The human has a right to free speech, but they should be mindful that free speech also has consequences.

I never said that assassination or political is an appropriate consequence, like a tit for tat, for speech. I am saying, if you choose your words in a way that may cause harm or berate another person or community, you are risking reaction by that opposite party.

Totally agree, however, if I go to say a concert or a football game and call every single african-american a racial slur and say "slavery should never have been abolished" as I walk by, what do I expect to happen to me?
