As a middle-aged, cis-gendered, white dude, it is an easy choice FOR ME to go to a protest & be a front-line buffer for more vulnerable folks.

For my partner, it's a better choice for her to hand out support info for vulnerable communities.

One isn't better than the other.

Both are vital.
