The advertising regulator has said that AI-generated images in property ads are "not likely to mislead" if properly flagged, after criticism of some listings online.

Estate agents are using AI photos to 'show potential' and the ads regulator says that's fine
A buyer would have to spend “a fortune” if they wanted to recreate the AI images, said Kieran McCarthy, presenter of the RTÉ programme Heat My Home.

This Saturday there is a national march to demand a #FreePalestine. You should come!

We need to show the government we are sick of their lack of action.
Just under a week until our National March for Palestine! All out, show our unbreakable solidarity with the Palestinian people and show our government we have not gone away, there is no ceasefire, and we insist they take action to sanction apartheid Israel for its genocidal crimes. #FreePalestine

And that this announcement is coming alongside the news of a damning review of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in the country must not be let lie. Every politician today pontificating on how much they care for kids' mental health must be challenged on what they are doing to fix CAMHS.

This is actually an argument made Jonathan Haidt's The Anxious Generation, the one book politicans seem to have read on this topic, but they seem happy to ignore that part (and the fact that scientists have disputed Haidt's 'evidence' of social media having a direct link to mental health outcomes).

So next time there's any floods, we know who to blame for the lack of warning. That's right, the children.

Banning social media for children is not regulating big tech, it’s giving them exactly what they asked for. Force the platforms to moderate content instead!
