My @jskstanford.bsky.social year at Stanford centers on one question: What grows when you build a community newsroom inside a public library? I've been testing it in Brooklyn neighborhood. It's works.

We can do this in the 16,000+ library buildings in the U.S. Seriously.

Big Oil is "wildly desperate to dodge the growing array of lawsuits over the damage caused by their decades-long scheme to deceive the public about climate change," writes @aaronregunberg.bsky.social.

The fossil fuel industry is again urging the Supreme Court to help them escape accountability.
The Supreme Court’s Ethics Code Is a Joke. Big Oil Knows That.
Oil companies want the Supreme Court to intervene to dismiss lawsuits about climate change. Amy Coney Barrett and Samuel Alito both have big conflicts of interest on that front.

- manage your mind goblins
- nap for 1,000 years
- investigate Pi until you get to the weird stuff
- investigate pie
- read a book out loud in the forest. it may seem like no creatures are listening, but they are, and they appreciate it

I refuse to post it, but the other day I saw a video of christian nationalist psycho Joel Webbon saying trump needed to start executing his political enemies or anyone who defies him. For God, of course. One day later, trump threatened Democrats with death. Coincidence? I think not.
