That right there says it all. It is NOT an action to arrest a criminal. It is a takeover of a sovereign nation not unlike Hitler invading European and North African countries. Or China invading Korea. Or Iraq invading Kuwait. All things we fought wars to counter.

This is a HUGE State's Rights issue. It is clear in the Constitution. No fuzz on it. SCOTUS got it right, except for two seditionists. It seems someone convinced him they got it right, but now someone needs to beat him over the head with Posse Comitatus

I guess Democrats in Congress aren't filing impeachment papers left and right for all the criming and abuse because they don't want to be seen as gesturing impotently.
