This could actually work. Convince him that he, and he alone, has a brilliant solution. M4a, at least for those without employer sponsored (and watch how fast THAT dries up.
Somebody tell him it is brilliant, but instead of giving money to people to purchase insurance, just pay their medical bills. That would REALLY screw the greedy insurance companies and help people.
He could even call it Trumpcare as a nickname, replacing Obamacare. The bill would be called M4A.

Today I forwarded a message on the IDHS phone support line to six refugee families, here ranging from over ten years to 18 months. They don't use the website; i manage all their accounts, pushing knowledge transfer but making sure they get the benefits they are entitled to.
