I never thought about celebrating, tbh, but then I'm not a big birthday person, either. Guess that extends to book birthdays.

Companies here have been whining about not having enough skilled workers for, well, any industry for like two decades now.

They don't want to train people.

They don't want to hire immigrants.

They don't want pay to keep pace with COL/inflation.

Way I see it, this is 100% a them problem ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
