It's not all charisma...... Polanski comes out with the truth and wants to change to more Labour policies (the ones we hoped we'd voted in)
Farage, however seems to do or say anything for the limelight, money and wants power to help himself and the rich. He doesn't seem to worry about truth

Consultants do but they're only employed for a certain number of hours by the NHS and if you stop docs and nurses working in private hosps you'll need to up their pay and expect to have more joining NHS queue
Needs a balance
I don't like when private patients are treated in NHS beds but elsewhere🤷‍♀️

Private hosps, especially vey expensive ones often have patients from overseas filling a large majority of the beds. The care is pretty much the same as the NHS but no A&E. They also use agency nurses when short
Yes the rich should pay more tax to fund NHS then also pay to fund their private care

Some agency nurses are NHS nurses, using one of their days off to earn extra as NHS pay has dropped greatly over the years compared to other public service workers (and they've all gone down). Also if all nurses had to work for the NHS all private hospitals would have to close as would hospices
