Yes, we’ve seen year-round kittens which is surprising in the Midwest. And compounded by nonstop puppies as well. Shelters and rescues see firsthand impacts of economic downturns 😿

Not all cats want to live indoors. For community cats, who aren't socialized to people, being put into an indoor environment can be very stressful. They are at home outdoors with their feline families.
