In future is there anything we can bring against the government individuals involved in the care of young trans people scandal? Willful negligence in office or something?

No it was one plus two plus two plus one Charlie Brown
To the last I grapple with thee; from hell's heart I stab at thee; for hate's sake I spit my last breath at thee, Charlie Brown.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die, Charlie Brown.

Thing I've not really seen pointed out, is that if Reform (five MPs founded 7 years ago) can be considered a contender for government, then the Greens (4 MPs, many more representatives at other levels, ministerial experience in the Scottish party, founded more than 30 years ago) are more credible

@graemedowniemp.bsky.social Caroline here has a heartfelt summary of the implications of the way the trial is built, and it's unethical nature.
We've tended to make the comparison that "you can't blind test parachutes", but the NHS is figuratively doing that with these young people
The trail will involve 220 children.

Meanwhile 3000 another children seeking health care for their gender dysphoria will be placed on an ‘observational’ study.

The old ‘watch and wait’ is how Alice was treated. Although this time there might be someone actually watching, this is not health care.🧵
Puberty Blocker clinical trials to begin
on the NHS

- The trial will involve around 220 children under 16
- Young people will “undergo intensive medical and psychological screening”, including Gillick competency evaluation
- Trial: Group 1 will get PBs straight away vs Group 2, 12 months later

You can sign as a member of the community and it will be separately counted to those signing as parents/carers. So you can join in without concern for diluting the primary aim
📜 Today we are launching the Transparent Pledge.

Please read and sign it here: 👉 tinyurl.com/TransparentAction

Transparent Action is a group of parents who want to take action in support of their trans, non-binary and gender diverse loved ones and the wider trans+ community.

If they'd just pushed on using their innovation to build on what they'd already done and push to make smaller cheaper models, and probably do the Roadster as a halo model they'd be still growing. Instead of detering their main market with fascism, and making cybertruck/semitruck/robotaxi/"autopilot"
No one had managed to make a new mass market car manufacturer in the US in a century. It's wild how their own ceo then fucked it up for them in at least two ways at once (not even counting the vanity projects)

Able demonstration of how fucked 1st passed the post is. Perhaps a key Green opportunity is for Scottish Greens to replace the SNP in those big yellow areas. SG is also pro-independence, but is a leftwing party, where SNP is really only brought together on indy and is getting more rightwing again.

The power of our vote

Let's show Labour this in May, and every election until then.
This needs more attention: Zohran SPLIT the straights with Cuomo. ALL of his margin was from LGBTQ+ voters. Every Dem who ever said “we should abandon the transes” needs this shoved down their fucking throat with a ramrod.
