It's that time of year again!

Looking back, I actually finished drafts of more than one piece. I have at least two story ideas I'm happy to go into the new year developing.

I didn't necessarily work on what I expected to do this year, but fun was had. At the end of the day, isn't that the point?

Okay, so I have fallen into the trap of pairing up characters from wildly different series, but I just think they would hit it off, okay!

A photo of my current sketchbook page filled with black and white wildlife pencil sketches: a sitting bear from the side, a sitting fox facing us, a round, tiny bunny and the head of a hare, ears flat against his back, expression shocked, as if he had seen the face of God. It is now completed with the sketch of a stag looking at us, hard to draw legs fading out. His antlers are huge, spindly, thorny looking, very fantastical and nothing you could find like this in nature. The rest of the animals look quite realistic.
