UpScrolled seems interesting on the surface, but it currently lacking a desktop or web version more or less kills its usability for me.
Supposedly that's on the roadmap, so maybe in about half a year I can jump on this bandwagon. Shame it probably won't be in time for my next book...heh heh...

If you're inadvertently exposed to something traumatic and you're able, take some time to play Tetris.
There is a known association between playing Tetris post-exposure and a reduction in risk of PTSD and distress severity.
