REVERE, Mass. — A woman with a family connection to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has been arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Revere, Massachusetts. The woman, Bruna Ferreira, has an 11-year-old son with Michael Leavitt, Karoline Leavitt's brother. Ferreira migrated with her family to the United States from Brazil as a child and is currently in custody at an ICE facility in southern Louisiana. Michael Leavitt released a statement, saying that his "only concern has always been the safety, well-being, and privacy of [his] son."

I believe Anti Dog Culture is becoming more mainstream and I’m so happy Dog Culture I’ve seen an uptick in anti dog videos. Especially on tik tok. I just seen a video on tik tok about this girl expressing her disgust for dogs and it got 40k likes, of course there was a fair amount of nutters in the comments, however there was a lot of support as well. I’m so happy. I never thought I’d see the day I have absolutely no shame about disliking dogs. Miscellaneous Dog nuts have tried their best to shame me, both online and in-person. People definitely go harder when they can hid behind a phone obviously. But I always just find it humorous. Such low IQ behavior to think that I’m somehow a terrible terrible human being, because I don’t take too kindly to your farting mutt’s wet, red-rocket being dragged around my environment. They always want you to glaze and makeout with these things’ assholes to be considered a good human being. Very weird. Why Is Dog Ownership Unethical? Miscellaneous I think that dog ownership is absolutely unethical, but I want to know why you think that. I just read a post stating that it’s unethical, and I’d love to have more elaboration on it from the community. This will especially be helpful for me this weekend when I talk to my parents about personal problems their dog ownership decisions caused me when I still lived at home and while I go about daily life in college. I think it’s unethical because dogs are stupidly overrated. They are loud, have hurt and killed others, hurt me both mentally and physically in childhood and in my everyday life to this day, and too many people own dogs. Now, tell me what you think. I’m excited to read answers! Disturbing Trend… Miscellaneous Not a new trend, but as far as SM goes, I’ve really noticed a lot of these nutter posts moving from the traditional go-to’s (dogs are better than people, they’re the only things on this planet that love unconditionally, etc) to “My dog saved my life” or “I’m only here because of my dog.” The flood of people chiming in on these posts agreeing & telling their story is just flat out mind blowing. I assume any rational thinker understands that nutters have a screw loose & are using dogs to fill a void in theirs lives… but this new wave of nutters admitting they were suicidal until a dog “saved them” I just cannot wrap my head around. I mean legitimately if someone you loved told you that, you wouldn’t just be like “oh that’s great I’m so glad your dog saved your life.” You would literally be like we need to sit down & get you some help. You need to see a mental health professional immediately because people care about you. Right? So I guess my questions are: have you seen or heard nutters go this route & if so, do you believe it’s just an act to place these goofs (dogs) on an even higher pedestal or do you think these people honestly have serious mental health issues?
