I'm really excited to go see Tron: Ares tonight with a friend. I can't believe it's been almost 15 years since I saw Tron: Legacy in theaters and I'm interested in seeing how this one turns out

I absolutely love how Dora from Hades 2 has these big, cute ghost paws, usually in a T-rex arms pose. They even have little claw tips at the ends... gah I really wanna find out what her deal in the story is and why she's specifically like this (there's gotta be some kind of intention behind it)

I always have the worry in the back of my head that players will beat Kaia's Ascent in an hour or something and then refund the game, but then I watch players take an hour on playing through and replaying single zones for stars and I am relieved

The Extra Credits quote "if you, as the designer, think your game's difficulty is just about right, it's way too hard" bounces around in my head when I realize I made the game way too hard for playtesters, watching in horror as they struggle against a shockingly hard challenge in hindsight

New Panty and Stocking was incredible! It was a fantastic continuation of the original, building upon everything it established and somehow pushing even more boundaries. It had me sitting up, mouth agape, and cheering many times

I swear after Kaia's Ascent is done I can't wait to jump into Godot and see how it works. I like Unreal 5, but I wanna expand my horizons, and making low poly PSX games in it like I am now feels partly like fighting the engine

The rising price of everything video games has honestly driven me more towards tabletop roleplaying games, a remarkably cheap hobby if you want it to be. I still love to grab up nice little indie games and 3+ year old games on sale, though
