Forest, Leeds, WHU, Wolves & Burnley are the only teams to concede more goal than us this season. 24 in 15 games is 61 over a 38 game season. When your forwards stop digging out your defence there’s only one way this goes. World class players throughout the squad and this is the shite they produce.

Wasn’t it a PGMOL directive to book players for time wasting at throw ins at the start of the 23/24 season? TAA was booked vs Chelsea in the opening game & Tomiyasu was sent off. 4 shots on target and I can’t recall Roefs looking too worried all night. We were all sizzle and no steak. Sunderland were organised and tenacious. We were sterile and disjointed. No matter how you dress it up we should be getting maximum points from the three promoted teams, especially at Anfield.

I said at the start of the year - too much change = transition year and that tends to always be bad.
Ideally you want to phase out older players and phase in replacements over a period of 6-12 months. Robbo & Fabinho are probably perfect

I’ve seen us lose heavily at home to the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid. Sometimes it happens, especially with the calibre of player over the years pre Klopp. Losing 4-1 at home to PSV is unacceptable.
