I just checked—it turns out that Art. II, Sec. 1 of the Constitution of the United States does *not* say "The executive Power shall be vested in a bunch of sociopaths who think they can do whatever the fuck they want and make shit up as they go along."

Fuck Trump. He knows the second volume of Smith’s report demonstrates his guilt beyond any reasonable doubt in the classified documents case.

The mother fucker should be in jail. Not the White House
It's strange for the President of the United States to be litigating in his personal capacity against the Justice Department he runs — but he's seeking an order barring "current, former and future" DOJ officials from releasing Jack Smith's second volume. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

I flew down to south Texas today to do my job - investigate why people are dying in ICE detention centers.

I was just illegally denied entry to Dilley Detention Center. Because they have something to hide.

They're investigating the victim's wife, the victim's friends, the mayor and the governor too, but no, they're not even going to glance in the direction of the murderer.
BREAM: Is the FBI investigating the ICE agent who shot Renee Good?

BLANCHE: What happened has been reviewed by millions of Americans bc it was recorded. We investigate when it's appropriate. That is not the case here. We are not going to bow to pressure. So no, we are not investigating.

This slipped by me at first.

New World Order? Hmmmm…..
FOX BUSINESS: What can we anticipate from Trump's Davos speech?

HASSETT: There's gonna be some look at the new world order that President Trump is creating

Suggestion for Minneapolis - in honor of hometown son Prince who valued the power of love, wear #PurpleForPeace when you protest the ICE surge in the Metro area.

Lots of Trump’s remarks are what I think of as “threesome jokes.” As in “Ha ha, of course I wasn’t serious about having a threesome with your friend. Unless you’re into it, in which case, how about Saturday?”
Q: Americans for generations have fought and died for democracy. Are you saying the president finds the idea of canceling elections funny?

LEAVITT: Where you in the room? Only someone like you would take that so seriously

Here's an idea, constrain the executive *before* they do something crazy. Congress was Article I for a reason
Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC), to Bloomberg TV:

“If there is military action against #Greenland, I will be one of the first people to file and co-sponsor a War Powers Resolution. It will pass.”

“ICE is doing what ICE is designed to do” played over video of ICE engaging in acts of violence should be the wall to wall DNC media strategy right now
Mike Johnson comes out against additional guardrails on ICE as Democrats call for it.

“I think there's a lot of Democrats playing games right now with national security and with law enforcement. And I think it's dangerous. Ice is doing what ice is designed to do by its very name.”

These are evil horrible people who worship a pedo rapist moron cult leader.

Vote them all out and then prosecute every last one of them to the fullest extent of the law.

This is the only way to save America, and the world.

America is now at the heavily armed secret police doing warrantless door-to-door house raids in search of undesirable ethnicities and/or political dissenters stage. The difference from well known historical cases is down to scale.
A video of ICE agents conducting door-to-door searches today in Minneapolis

The homeowner requests a warrant repeatedly, is told they don't require one, then is told they're getting it, then the agents storm in anyway

They also point a taser at her to try and disrupt filming

Rep. Casten has it absolutely correct: Trump is *both* weaker *and* more dangerous than ever.

Buckle up, but don't be afraid. Because fear is how he wins.
Let's be clear. Donald Trump will indict the Fed Chair, kidnap foreign leaders and kill American citizens in MN if it distracts you from asking WTF is in the Epstein files because HIS BASE doesn't like pedophiles. None of this is normal. But everything he does is from weakness right now.

I've stopped calling Trump a "would-be dictator." I just say "dictator" now. The news about Trump weaponizing the Justice Department against Fed chairman Jerome Powell is just the latest piece of evidence that Trump feels unconstrained by laws or rules. He's a dictator until we prove otherwise.
