I'm not sure how you believe in the above verses, as I do, and don't believe that all humans are, as those created in the image of God, worth ultimate love and protection, regardless of gender, race, or origin.

Today has been a great day for having friends. I appreciate all of you who have supported me in my work and life. As someone who generally tries to not burden others, let me suggest that maybe it's okay to reach out from time to time.

7yo: "I'm tired of walking"

Same 7yo, literally two seconds later, "can I do a cartwheel?"

Investment in basic research like the Dino Institute is what has made our country the world leader in science, but this administration's dismantling of our academic infrastructure threatens to take that all away.

Do you have a math student who's graduating or recently graduated and has no plans for the spring? My department has some vacancies in our masters program we would love to fill! DMs and [email protected] are open to learn more!

I'm sorry Ms Pearson rep for the mean things I said about Pearson even after I took your free 🍩. I was hungry and overly honest. 😭

OMG
Your computer algebra system insists on rendering \sin (x) ^2 instead of \sin ^2 (x)?

Problematic sage gap
Hamlet falls through the floor after reciting his soliloquy?

Problematic stage gap.

If anyone has thoughts about how to make partially handwritten slides accessible, but for faculty who don't use PreTeXt (or LaTeX) and don't code, I'd love to hear them! This is a major pain point for so many instructors… #MathSky

Breaking News: Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani is going to require all New York elementary school students to learn Arabic numerals.

The madrasa indoctrination is starting very early.

TFW the literal author of Vampirina chimes in on your thread memeing about the new show to confirm your understanding of the title's etymology. 😂🤩

Anne, my kid loves your books and the shows based on them! (She does not love my headcanon forcing a continuity between the cartoon and new sitcom!)
I can state authoritatively that it is a portmanteau of vampire and ballerina.

Thinking about building an alternative to Scratchee.Clontz.org that supports collecting responses, authoring problems, and saving it all to a server. Would offer one quiz per month for free, but would anyone pay for an unlimited plan? I like the ZipGrade model where it's about $10/year/instructor.

If, PURELY HYPOTHETICALLY, I was to be writing a parody of the "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego", themed to famous places in mathematics history, what should I not be overlooking? Especially interested in non-Eurocentric examples. #MathSky

Leviticus 19:33-34 cooks:

When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself.

And I'm glad I worship at a church that isn't afraid to preach it.
