Ok UK media - oh so scandalised by Mandelson - when are you going to be scandalised by US interference in our democracy? Epstein, Farage, Bannon, Vance, Thiel, Musk, Trump, Brexit, Heritage Foundation, the funding of far right populism to collapse our govts….??
After you’ve helped their collapse?

The Bank of England held their monetary policy meeting this week.

They narrowly voted to maintain interest rates at 3.75%, voting 5 to 4. The 4 wanted to reduce them to 3.5%.

It may happen at the next meeting in March.

They also think that inflation should fall to around the 2% target in April.

In a democracy, federal forces must never be used for partisan purposes. When law enforcement serves power instead of the law, authoritarianism is no longer a warning — it’s a risk. 2/2

Look at the three maps. The pattern is clear. ICE activity in 2026 does not follow where undocumented migration is highest. It mirrors the 2024 electoral map far more closely. This is not about border management, but about political targeting. 1/2

What Trump perpetrated on January 6 was nothing less than an organized coup to overturn the 2020 election and overthrow the constitution and US government. If not for the apathy of Merrick Garland, the pedophile president would be spending the rest of his life in prison. 😳👇

Promise made over a year ago. No legislation.

Corporations are profiteering everywhere - water, energy, mail, healthcare, dentists, banking, vets ...

Yes, quite. It's the biggest scandal of this administration, so far, probably. It's an average Tuesday under Johnson.
OK this makes me extremely angry. Has everyone forgotten the massive profiteering from thousands of avoidable pandemic deaths?? The unconstitutional suspension of parliament to force through an act of nationalist destruction that cost our children their future??

Moreover, on any of those average Tuesdays, Johnsons response would be to lie, obfuscate, never apologize, attack.... etc.

Starmer is decent. He admits errors and actively seeks to address them

This is a truly massive fuck up on labours part to hound Starmer out
