The Biden plan utilised the PA for governance and security so wouldn't have needed the same legal coverage as that's already in place.

Which, as a lawyer and someone claiming that Biden did nothing I'd have assumed you knew.

Biden wasn't carrying out genocide - you still haven't shown what Trump did that Biden did not to move Bibi. So why did Bibi behave differently?

The timing is great as the committee had its last meeting yesterday before the announcement so he'll have to make this stick for a year to be in with a chance.

It would be nice after what's happened for the actual good that the US has done in the world to be recognised. Especially now that it's so diminished. It is the one thing that might embarrass Trump into reversing course as he would want to claim it as "his Nobel".

If if if Israel can follow through on stopping killing Palestinians then Trump should be lauded.

The Arab states are the ones with leverage over Hamas - only Trump can keep Israel at the table.

If Biden had pushed the same they would have given BiBi a pass.

I want it to go to USAID for all the work they have done combating famine and other emergency relief - and then because it has no current head but is still a statutory agency created by Congress ask Trump to accept it on their behalf.

Shows that the world appreciates the US when it does good.
