The dogs hated getting up at 5:45am for a walk but I needed my early gym sesh. Moved from Push/Pull/Legs to a full body workout, and I'm feeling it 🥴.

Today could have been a bad gym day. I went in with a bad mood and little motivation.

I got on the bench and gave up after a few sets of barbell lifts.

But I decided I had to do something. I got on the treadmill and ran a little. Got all sweaty and gross, but I felt good afterwards. #gym #gymsky

Day 10: Least Favourite Pokémon Type

Controversial but I'm gonna have to say Steel. Nothing against it, I just... Very rarely use it in any run through. See below for some honourable mentions that I actually really like, though.

Blasted past 5000kg and then 6000kg today. I've plateaued at top weight at the moment, but apparently fixing that is as easy as just...adding sets? Hopefully that helps me push into higher weights, because I want me some little muscles. #gymsky #hevy

Day 8: Underrated Pokémon

Taillow was the first Pokémon I trained beside my starter in the Hoenn games, and as the 3rd in a line of normal/flying birds I think it's unfairly overlooked. Swellow took on the Hoenn Elite 4 and aced them for me.
