Apparently the decision of the WI to rescind trans inclusion was prompted in part by an internal faction. If I were a cis member of the WI, I would want those bigots named,shamed and shunned.

A lot of people are saying "there isn't any other option" about Your Party and I have to say that doesn't inspire a lot of faith about how willing you are to compromise on trans rights.
Isn't that basically the same argument liberals make for the Democrats?

No, leaving work early because you've decided your done isn't how it works. If they complete their rounds early they should do other tasks, like every other job in history. Their salary increases exponentially because they went home early! Lazy b@st@rds

Three weeks ago I marked nine years on Testosterone.
I didn't celebrate it then because I was in the middle of a multi-month battle to be allowed to stay on it, despite not producing my own hormones and simply wanting to remain on the exact prescription I'd had for nine years without any problems.

Every prompt to chatbot software is “generate me some text.” If it generated you some text, it performed its function correctly. It never lies, it never wants anything, it’s text generating software that generates text.
Not wanting to disappoint you so much that it lies is the last quality I want in a computer.

every limitation, every danger, every implausible claim about LLM capabilities needs to be analyzed through that lense. they are language models, they are not capable of doing anything a language model can’t do, they don’t think or feel, they don’t know or dream, they create likely text responses.
Every prompt to chatbot software is “generate me some text.” If it generated you some text, it performed its function correctly. It never lies, it never wants anything, it’s text generating software that generates text.

Basically every social media platform is predominantly anti-AI at this point.
Even HackerNews which is mostly techbros and startup weirdos has a significant AI skeptic contingent.
