I have to decide whether or not to raise my print prices before my big show this weekend.

I compared cost of ink, paper, and packaging since the tariffs.

Packaging has gone up a smidge, but paper and ink cost have gone up more than 10%.

How bad are tariffs going?

I paid for $32 of shaving cream from Canada. Unique stuff I’ve used for years, nothing like it in US. Small family business.

UPS guy came to my door today with box and said I have to pay additional $120 before he can hand it to me.

That makes it 5x more expensive!!! 🤯

Re:last post, I think the farmer crisis is another great screw to turn on the GOP. Dems won't reopen the govt to help the Trump-caused farmer crisis until the ACA subsidies are saved.

Honestly I dont see why Dems don't use this threat to get a LOT done, but maybe that's too risky.

This seems to be a common, weird misunderstanding. One of my I guess right-wing friends got pissy at me for criticizing Kirk on FB and immediately went into a tirade about what a terrible person Floyd was. I had never once talked about Floyd, it took me WAY off guard.

I followed a pasta salad recipe once that included thinly sliced raw zucchini. It was... fine? I've since swapped it out for cucumber in that recipe and it was a huge improvement. Idk, eating raw zucchini feels like a waste when it tastes so much better cooked.

Honestly this is stellar news, I was having flashbacks. 2013 was a really shitty year for me. My mom gave me a traumatic experience about counting calories, weight loss, etc.

I'm going to do this in a healthy way, I'm promising myself this.

Much to my chagrin, I must start counting calories. I'm just not fitting in my fav clothes comfortably anymore.

But I'm looking at recommended calorie intakes and calculators and... I can have a whopping 1600 a day and hit my weight goal by Dec??? I swear the last time I was counting it was 1200.
