Wow. CAIN is one heck of a stylish, good time. The gameplay doesn't get in the way of the narrative, but provides helluva cool options for your Sins hunters that they seem more than happy to utilize, while inviting their own self destruction. I had a lot of fun running this one!

Tess has the lastest version of their TTRPG focused on body horror, gender identity, surviving the post and fighting the specters of what led us to it. Its got a neat system in which one player is the host, and the second player is the parasite fused to them. Pretty neat stuff!! And certainly kinky~
